Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 July 2026 · Translated from the Dutch original, which remains authoritative

We ask you for three pieces of information and nothing more. Below is exactly what we do with them, who we share them with, how long we keep them, and how you get them removed.

I. Who is responsible for your data

PT Next Gen Home, Jl. Goa Gong Blok 000 No. 19, RT 000 RW 000, Jimbaran, Kuta Selatan, Badung, Bali 80362, Indonesia, is the controller for the personal data you leave via our contact form on Facebook or Instagram.

Because we are established outside the European Union and direct this advertising at residents of the Netherlands, we have appointed a representative in the European Union under Article 27 GDPR:

  • EU representative: NGH Real Estate B.V.
  • Conradweg 25 A, 2031 CM Haarlem, the Netherlands
  • Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) no. 75437600

You can turn to us or to our EU representative with questions about privacy or your data, and with requests concerning your rights. Both addresses work — you do not need to write to Indonesia.

Contact: info@uluwatuparadise.com

II. What data we collect

Through the form we ask only for:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your phone number

Nothing more. We do not ask about income, assets, or date of birth, and we do not buy additional data about you.

In addition, we receive limited technical data from Meta about the advertisement you responded to (which ad, and when). We use that only to see which advertisements work.

III. What we use it for, and on what legal basis

Answering your enquiry. We contact you about Uluwatu Paradise and send you the information you asked for. Basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to a possible contract, at your request.

Contacting you by phone. You gave explicit permission on the form for us to call you. Basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time — as easily as you gave it, with one email to the address above.

Improving our advertising. Aggregated figures on which advertisements generate leads. Basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Withdrawing your consent for phone contact does not affect the first point: we may continue handling your enquiry for as long as it is open.

IV. Who will contact you

One of our staff will contact you. They act on behalf of PT Next Gen Home and work from the Netherlands, so you will be helped in Dutch and during Dutch office hours.

V. Automated decision-making

We make no decisions about you based solely on automated processing. A member of staff reviews your enquiry and gets in touch.

VI. Who we share it with

Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — the form itself. Meta receives your data first and passes it on to us. Meta's own privacy policy also applies to that first step.

GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc., United States) — our customer system, in which we follow up your enquiry. We have a data processing agreement with this party.

Hexa — the hosting and technical management of this website.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

VII. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Your data is processed outside the EEA: by us in Indonesia and by our customer system in the United States. For neither country does the European Commission have an adequacy decision that we rely on here.

To us in Indonesia. You provide your data directly to us when you fill in the form; we are the controller ourselves and no European party transfers it to us. We have therefore secured our obligations in other ways: you can exercise all your rights with our EU representative in Haarlem, we answer requests within one month, access is restricted to the staff handling your enquiry, and you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

To our customer system in the United States. Our data processing agreement with HighLevel Inc. incorporates the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Article 46(2)(c) GDPR).

If you would like to see a copy of the safeguards used, we will send it on request via the contact address above.

VIII. How long we keep it

If you do not respond and no contact comes about: 12 months, after which we delete your data.

If a customer relationship arises: for as long as it lasts, plus the statutory retention periods.

If you withdraw your consent or ask for deletion: we delete within 30 days, except what we are legally required to keep.

IX. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also withdraw any consent you have given, at any time.

Send your request to info@uluwatuparadise.com or to our EU representative at the address above. We respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority — Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

X. Security

Access to your data is restricted to the staff handling your enquiry. Connections to this website and to our customer system are encrypted.
